Wars have all but destroyed most of the human populous and its society. Guns and weapons of mass destruction have all been outlawed, humanity now lives in one of the only habitable cities. The Governmental structure now controlled only by three individuals known as Eturions. The story follows Law Enforcement Officer Constable James Hawkins (Brandon Howle) who's brother Constable Alex Hawkins (Matthew Scott Kimple) is killed in the line of duty under questionable circumstances. But when James begins asking questions no one even Chief Constable Owens (Nathan McMahan) has any real answers. James in search of the truth begins his own investigation into the matter. Aided by his wife Vicki Hawkins (Christina Daoust) and his brothers girlfriend Elisha Rivers (Iginia Parish) James will open doors to his brothers secret life, and into a twisted underworld where he will discover the truth about humanity and its society, as well as the journey he must take to uncover the truth of his brother.
