- Sunday: CLOSED (non-match days)
- Monday: CLOSED
- Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday (non-match day): 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday (home match days): 5:00 p.m. – 1 hour post-match for ticketed guests (The Crew Shop will open prior to gates opening -- during the Happy Hour at the Chase Plaza).
Non-matchday parking at the Crew Shop is available in the surrounding city-owned spaces, inclusive of Nationwide Blvd. adjacent to Lower.com Field.
