More water distribution throughout flight. Food quality poor and hot items delivered not hot on both attempts. Not United Standards

My flight was completely full. Making me very stressful with people walking around all the time. I believe airlines can do better for entertain people during the flight.

Short flying. The seats do not recline at all and very uncomfortable.

Good plane, crew, and flight. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Bathrooms were unacceptable. United DESPERATELY needs a new terminal at IAD.

Basics were there, but a 5:15 flight with almost no food ans no entertainment, it is quite long.

Flight was on time, crew were excellent. For some reason our originally selected seats were changed. We had to re-choose our seats when we checked in online and options were limited. One of our two checked bags we placed on the wrong carousel. It was only be shear luck that I saw it. That cost us 20 minutes of wasted time. So much for the “priority” tags. They are meaningless, and have been ever since they were implemented. I wish you would do the save some money and stop using them.

Everything was very good. Was able to change a make run flight leaving on direct earlier in the app -seamless!!! Well done

Haven’t used United in a while. Was surprised with the free blanket and earphones. Service was great. Huge plane. 9/.row.

Moody attendants that can barely look up at the passengers. I’m all for people having an off day, but you can tell some Untied Airlines Employees have lost their zeal for their jobs

We had seats 1 D and 1E which is right to the front as there were no other seats available. It is right up at the galley and toilet. Whole flight was very noisy and busy and we didnt get a good flight or rest the entire flight. Its was a pretty costly Business class fare that felt like Economy class experience.

Not having a delay. Not sure what happened with the service animal biting the crew member.

The entertainment was exception as were the accommodations. The food was inedible. They ran out of food by the time they got to me and I was only offered a mushroom pasta which I do not eat. The crew had his luggage over my compartment and open/closed it every 10 min preventing me from resting. Overall, a very bad experience.

Our flight from NY was on time. The leg room was torture.. for a long flight.. It was extremely uncomfortable.

An hour late. Plus literally everything was unavaiable for food and beverage service. Will never fly again. Ever.

Plane was late and they forced us to take the stairs (no elevator available) to catch the bus to the plane. My wife was carrying a baby and fell. Terrible experience and terrible air line. Constantly late and conditions seem to be getting worse every time I have to use them.

I fell from the stairs while carrying a baby on the way to the bus to take us to the plane because TAP is too cheap to pay for a proper gate on their hub airport (not even an elevator). Plus, they were late (which they always are). Terrible airline.

Tap being tap...the company had better days, service is terrible, not comfortable at all...

Both flights late. Almost missed connecting flight and flight staff not willing to help expedite us off the plane.

We couldn't talk to aer lingus we had issues with the flight change and aer lingus made us talk to kayak

Very pleasant staff, there was some turbulence but the captain was very apologetic and gave notice where possible.

Amenity kits were never handed out. There was zero friendliness and assistance by crew. Food was uneatable. One drink was offered and no wine, with dinner or before or after. Cocktails and beverages were not encouraged and when I asked for water, none was given. Poorest, most cramped business class flight I’ve ever been on.

Probably my favorite airline and way to go to Europe. Everything went smoothly! Food was tasty, crew was pleasant. Really cannot complain!

Horrible. Garbage airline. Due to the strike we got a replacement plane/crew. I didn't get my exit row seat I paid for. Food was horrible. Plane was hot and didn't have AC vents.

The first leg of my 2 flights were delayed, causing me to miss my second flight and have to stay the whole night in Dublin. Super upset with this experience, and I still need to figure out how to get compensated for this.

The flight got us safely from point a to point b and on time. For a transatlantic flight that isnt nothing. Flight crew was kind and professional. The seats are super uncomfortable (worse than domestic budget airlines) and the cabin was DIRTY.

Connection time and departure time were both changed to cause undue stree on older people who cant run through an airport

We were delayed so long that I missed the next flight. I should’ve arrived in Catania at 4 o’clock and arrived at 1 AM. The late departure was due to a water leak due to a dirty filter, according to the flight staff, and that seems like something that should’ve been taken care of before the flight. It’s too simple of a mechanical problem to make you miss the whole day.

Liked nothing. Rude staff. Incompetent crew and workers. Wont fly with again

Everything was fine except the landing. We were off loaded on the tarmac. Squished on busses then driven around for 20 minutes. Dropped at terminal B and needed to be at A so had to wait 20 min in another line to catch a bus then another 20 min wait in customs! How on earth were we to get to our connecting flights!? Not a great first trip with your airline or start of my vacation. The woman on the tarmac was rude too

The seats were extremely uncomfortable. I spent €25 on internet and never gained access to it. A flight attendant told me she would file a complaint/report on my behalf but it put me in a very difficult situation.

I asked for antibacterial wipes three times and each time I was told they will bring it to me right away with nothing delivered. I finally went to the galley and was told you did not have it. In a post COVID world that is just wrong. The crew was very non compassionate to passengers asking basic questions about food. Very disappointing and makes me reconsider my routing for the future trips.

It was a very full flight, makes it harder for flight crew.

I was extremely stressed out with the delay of our flight, not because of the delay per se, but we weren’t getting any responses from the staff/crew as to what was going to happen with our connecting flights. I think if they were better informed, and in turn we were informed, we would be more at ease. Also, at the Newark security area, the scan machine detected something “foreign” in my crotch and behind area, I cannot believe that in 2024, these machines cannot differentiate between a sanitary pad and a dangerous object. The security officer who conducted the body search was really sweet and apologetic, and asked me if I would like to move to a private area and conducted the search thoroughly without making me uncomfortable, but it is clear that these machines need an upgrade for such issues.

Flight crew was among the best I’ve ever seen

Once again I purchase a business class ticket and the seat is exactly the same as cattle class, the only difference being is that BA install a janky table over the middle seat so there is somewhere to place your complimentary drink, the tray table is just big enough for the small tray, so if you are not concerned about getting fed and watered on the plane or getting access to the BA lounge I would save your money and fly cattle, PS the cabin crew were exceptional in every way, shame about the equipment

Food made us sick for the rest of the day. Terrible passenger in front of me kept reclining and banging his seat, it hurt my knee multiple times. I kindly asked the attendant to intervene, she would not. Way too many sick people coughing on the flight without wearing a mask. Sick passengers should not be allowed to fly unless they wear a mask. I hope we don't get sick for our 2 week vacation

We didn’t flight with British Airways because the flight was cancelled at the last minute .

Flight delayed and we were forced to check our carryon bags which was huge inconvenience.

Very disappointed because we don’t get in advance the cancellation fly to Paris. By the way, we are still without luggage Bad experience

Flight delay of 4 1/2 hours with no reason for over 3 hours. Missed our connection in Rome & had to pay for an additional flight.

The seats (upgraded exit row), were the last comfortable plane seats my wife or I have ever experienced. Too narrow to turn at all to find a sleeping position. Devoid of cushioning to the point of feeling the frame bars across both the seat and the back. It was extremely uncomfortable and neither of us slept on the red eye.

The second leg of my flight unexpectedly got canceled. I was stuck at the airport for the whole day and instead of flying out that morning I flew out in the evening. For some of my fellow passengers it was the second cancellation and their original flight was supposed to go out the day before. There was no reason given though getting rebooked was quick even though I would have preferred if I would have been on one of the earlier flights that day. Compensation was a £10 voucher for some food at the airport. I eventually arrived without further incident but but due to the cancellation, it was one of my more frustrating travels of my life.
