Pros:Staff not friendly and not helpfulCons:They charged extra driver fee because I prepaid for the car with my credit card but the reservation was in my fiancé’s name. That seems ridiculous that I had to be a driver on the car even though I never sat in the car just because I prepaid for the car through kayak with my card.Reviewed 26 Feb 2021
