i dont know WHY they call it business class. the seats are NOT significantly wider than economy seats, they just do not let the middle seats be beepked to give the illusion of more space between passengers. the seats do NOT recline any more than economy seats either. the only real difference is the full meal served to business (vs none for economy). I would rather have a wider, lie flat ACTUAL business class seat with no food for a 3 hr flight. this was pretty disappointing to say the least.

There wore nice leather like sits, in my opinion seats lay out bit tight . Crew was great they did averything possible to make averywone comfortable as possible, food was, think worst I ever head on flight, head chicken and yellow rice. Ice cream was a nic treat.

Our previous flight was delayed but they waited for us to board.

Flight was delayed, short time connection to next flight but we make it, service was good, worth to fly just to try thair on board blueberry juce. Eccelent communication with airline.

My American Airlines flight was deleted and you guys never let me know

The entertainment system did not work. And we waited 45 minutes in our seats after we landed before we got to the gate

Our connecting flight was cancelled and it took us 15 hours to reach our destination.

This has been the worst experiencia I have had traveling overall. More than 3 delays, no one answering questions, no one at the AA counter. No one at customer service and after having to change transportation to airport and spend the night at a hotel paid by me, we were delayed inside of aircraft for more than 2 hours!!! Bad experience!!!

Wow! Wonderfully designed, super comfortable, spacious business seats. The food was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. A fabulous experience!

Check in desk people constrained by fear. Obvious typo on Uganda visa, even though approved, caused loss of flight. Something is definitely wrong with this system.

Flight was fine overall. What you would expect from economy seats. I did appreciate the amenities (eyemask, earplugs, small toothbrush and toothpaste, thin socks).

It was a long flight but overall a good one. The one thing that I would comment on is that there is a real problem with disposable plastic products when it comes to the meal service. It would be great for Qatar Airways to find ways to make its meal service more circular and reduce the immense amount of waste.

There’s lots of problem I faced from Bom to Doha that experience was worst I never faced before like this

I found it weird that the quality of the flight different from Australia to Doha than the Doha to Berlin leg. The quality of the toiletries pack (was in a box from Australia) and then a proper bag from Doha. The biggest variation was the inflight entertainment, which had a significantly shorter amount of content compared to the Doha flight. My QSuite seat was also broken and did not recline all the way flat. Wasn’t the best and I wouldn’t be happy if I’d paid cash for the flight.

This is my first and last flight with Qatar because when we go for boarding pass in Delhi airport the team asked for money charging me for hand baggage which is technically including with my ticket so also we get one our temple pics I ask them to checking in but they tell me I have to pay $500 dollars for that additional which is not make sense than I diseased to throw away because I can’t take with us . For carry in beg also I pay some Indian n currency for the guy who help I already pay 6 passengers ticket cost me $8000 so really I’m not happy . PLUS MY 6 checked baggage was damaged I already claim for four beg at airport but now I’m worried about my stuff inside maybe broken too which is more expensive stuff me really bad experience

My seat that I booked over a year ago and some other passenger was sitting in it. They said they could not walk and they would not move. I was with my young kid and the crew did nothing to accommodate that. Just disappointed that the airline accepts that excuse from a passenger.

The crew was courteous and efficient. There was no entertainment or liquor service on this short international flight.

Wore experience due to delay and took me 3 days to reach my destination.

Too many boarding protocols. Never experienced with other international flights.

After boarding cabin was too hot AC didn’t work

Temperature in plane in both segments was warm. Otherwise, great experience

6 hour delay for connecting flight in Istanbul, no real information or support, spend night in lounge which was extremely noisy due to construction works.

Our seat were changed from Turkish Airlenes without offering us a better choice.We paid for those seats even it was Businesses Class. .The seats we were given was next to cabin crew closet.Crew kept opening the closet while we were sleeping.It was very noisy and we also we’re right to next to kitchen.It was very noisy. We want our money back. Food was horrible when we were flying from Newark to Istanbul. It is a shame for Airline to waste so much money on tastless food.

The flight encountered weather turbulences and it was scary at times but the pilot was outstanding! The food is outstanding! The crew was great. Only thing is the flight path map could be better (Reference: Emirates) Also would be nice to have more choice of soft drinks during the flight since it is a long flight. If the crews coming around with water instead of us going to the crew area asking.

Flight was overbooked. Luckily there was room in Business so several people got free upgrade.

Overall it was a pretty good experience until I arrived in Accra and my suitcase was left in turkey.

This time around, I felt that the crew wasn’t very professional. Speaking / laughing loudly and rushing through service.

They cancelled my seats and demanded full payment to rebook.

On the positive side, Turkish airlines had a direct flight from Dallas to Istanbul. The check in process was fine and the flight crew was very nice. In terms of improvement, despite paying for better seats, the seats were very cramped. The food was terrible.

Swiss air was a short flight to and from Frankfurt to Geneva. The crew was nice, and the service was fine. Would be nice if they had wifi available.

Wonderful I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. The crew was fantastic. Very attentive positive. They made me feel right at home. We were on a 747 business class second story seat and it was fantastic.

Boarding delayed 1.5 hours. Ended up sick because of all the delays and lines waiting around airport and boarding.

Terrible. Had to go through customs and pick up our luggage. Then they said we couldn't make our connecting flight to MKE when we had 35min before takeoff. There were no other flights out on any airline so we would've had to spend the night at ORD. We were able to get a ride to MKE at our expense instead. Ridiculous that they would not allow us to try to make the flight, which we would have. Assuming rechecking the luggage was the problem. They should not have listed this as a viable connecting flight if there was no chance in making it. There was 4 people in our party.

The flight was at 6:10 am to early. No coffee or anything else offered. To 👎

Boarding was haphazard after people with small children or walking difficulties

The flight was delayed more than 1.5 hours. Phone calls to united did not satisfy our need to get to Chicago to met family for fight to europe. I was told the flight was booked thru luftansa and united could not make adjustments. When call luftansa they were unaware of the significant delay on the united flight out of mci. They would not authorize a flight change. We went to the airport, as if we would be flying as scheduled, United checked us in, as if our flight would leave as scheduled. We took our bag to be checked to the baggage drop and the agent their confirmed our flight was significantly delayed. She worked for 30 min to get us on another flight. We ended up flying to Denver then to Munich. The rest of the family that flew to Chicago for our meet up and flight to Europe ended up flying to Munich alone. We meet up in Munich for our last leg to luxembourg. In luxembourg we learned on bag was scheduled on our delayed flight. The flight was canceled and we did not receive the bag in lux. We filed a lost back claim. Now 3 days later we STILL do not have the bag. It is apparently in luxembourg and they maybe tried to deliver, however the names on the door of the air b&b do not match the name on the baggage claim so the French speaking delivery person called no one could understand him so he took the bag and left. My brother, traveling with me under a different reservation , has been without essentials for 3 days. One or all of us has stayed "home" each day waiting on the bag. Today was my turn. Delivery window was 10:30 to 2:30. No attempt to knock or ring bell. After the hang up call, my brother called me and told me to check the door. There was nothing there. No sign of attempted delivery, no delivery man, nothing. Being unable to change clothes and having family members take turns waiting on a bag that never comes has ruined this family vacation. First flight was 2 1/2 hours late. Had to wait in line on the tarmac for 45 minutes to finally board. Missed connection. Had to wait in line another 2 1/2 hours to get booked on another connection the next day. Another hour wait to get a hotel room for the night. 1 1/4 hour wait in 55 degree temperature for hour bus ride to hotel. Hotel ran out of food. Miserable performance by BA. This is being written while waiting for bus back to Heathrow.

The crew was great, the food was great, the seats were torture. I just could not get comfortable. Too narrow, too close to the seat in front. I felt guilty about reclining my seat and resisted but the people in front of me did not feel the same way. I thought both coming and going that the discomfort would conceivably be enough to prevent me from going abroad in the future. Will it? I'm not sure - but it will definitely be a factor in my choice of travel.

I asked for assistance for my mobility issues. It took over 45 min to find someone to take me to the security. then I was deposited at the lounge and I was supposed to be picked up. No one came. I almost missed the flight. There was no offer of extra water, snacks or anything on the flight. Food was OK given that I am gluten and diary free. Seats were uncomfortable and very little stow away space.

The lack of organization at the boarding gate was shocking. It was impossible to determine where the line was and it was hard to understand the announcements. It was so confusing that my wife wanted to get on the wrong flight. I am also annoyed that BA is adopting the sleazy policies that the budget airlines invented of charging extra for even the first checked bag or choosing your seat.

It was a pathetic experience. Booked Hindu vegetarian meal and they served chicken. Inspite of telling them repeated times, the issue was not resolved.

Disaster out of City Airport with our flight cancelled and very little help.

The onboard service makes it extremely difficult and slow to go to the toilet

I’ll fly with any other airline. Besides all the fees and not being able to change a flight even to a later flight without paying £150 charge. Or that the last flight the WiFi didn’t work, the food was so bad, and ran out of options. Seat didn’t recline. And the headset jack didn’t work. This isn’t my first flight with them, and on every flight there is always something wrong that makes the long 10 hours feel like an eternity. Never flying them again.

The boarding took about an hour the Flight was delayed about 40 minutes the seat, which I'd paid extra for was extremely cramped I will probably not fly with this airline again

Missed our connection, lost our luggage. Never fly BA again.
