Section Information

Hematology is the subspecialty of internal medicine that deals with diseases of the blood, bone marrow, and lymphatic system. The main topics managed by hematologists include anemias, hematological malignancies (leukemias and lymphomas multiple myeloma) and other clonal disorders, transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells including cellular therapy, congenital and acquired diseases of hemostasis, coagulation, thrombotic diseases, blood banking, and transfusion medicine. The journal aims to provide information and updates on all aspects of clinical and laboratory hematology, from clinical trials to real-world clinical practice.
