Today, our Centre's exterior lights will be lit green to honour National Injury Prevention Day. On June 29, 1997, the South Building was officially opened by the Duke of Edinburgh. The plaque presented on this day can still be found in the South Building's lobby. Since then, the South Building has welcomed millions of attendees from around the world and has provided a fantastic location for thousands of events, including many international conventions, galas, and trade shows. #MTCC40 #Torontohistory **** Le 29 juin 1997, le bâtiment sud a été officiellement inauguré par le duc d'Édimbourg.
