    BHIVE launches India’s largest coworking campus with a whopping capacity of 8,000 seats

    With a capacity of over 22,000+ seats across 17 hubs, BHIVE has grown exponentially in the last 8 months from 2,00,000 sq. ft. to 9,00,000 sq.ft.
    Shared office space provider BHIVE Workspace today announced the launch of the country’s largest co-working campus in Bengaluru as it looks to cater to the growing demand for flexible office spaces post the pandemic and strengthen its position as the preferred shared office space provider.

    Spread across 3 lakh square feet and located in AKR Tech park, HSR Layout which is the heart of the city, the coworking campus will offer over 8,000 seats and a multitude of retail offerings including food and beverage, sports arena and entertainment. This launch also marks the evolution of shared workspaces to include larger offerings to suit the evolving requirements of startups and businesses from its core offering.

    The rise of hybrid working model post pandemic along with the boost in the startup culture has led to an increase in the demand for co-working spaces across the country. According to a CII-Anarock report ‘Workplaces of the Future’, the market size of co-working spaces would double in the coming 5 years at a CAGR of 15%.
