    Operative leases 300 seats at 315Work Avenue’s Pune coworking hub

    Advertising management software company Operative has signed up 300 seats at coworking space provider 315Work Avenue’s workspace in Kharadi locality of Pune.

    This space is part of 315Work Avenue’s 30,000 sq ft workspace at the World Trade Center (WTC) in the city. Operative had also recently signed a 300 seats workspace in Bangalore, totalling to 600 seats now.

    “In the current scenario, companies, especially enterprises and multinationals are opting for flexible workspaces and reconsidering fixed asset investments to remain agile and retain flexibility to adjust operations based on the market conditions,” said Manas Mehrotra, Founder, 315Work Avenue. “We remain optimistic about the co-working space growth and momentum.”

    315Work Avenue currently manages around 20,000 seats spread over 1 million sq ft office space across 20 centres located in prime business hubs of Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune.

    315Work Avenue also plans to add another 5 lakh sq ft office space over the next six months.

    Leasing of flexible workspace by corporates rose 73 per cent during January-June period on a year-on-year basis, signalling the continued demand for co-working spaces in the current scenario, showed a Cushman and Wakefield report.
