Tata-Mistry dispute: SC rules in favour of Tatas, junks appeals of Cyrus Mistry camp
The Supreme Court today pronounced its long-awaited verdict in the Tata-Mistry case, one of corporate India's bitterest-ever boardroom brawls, ruling in favour of Tata Group and junking appeals by Cyrus Investments. The case pertains to cross-appeals filed by Tata Sons and Cyrus Investments with respect to the restoration of Cyrus Mistry as the executive chairman of Tata Sons by the NCLAT through a December 2019 order.
