    According to various sources, the first snow of this coming winter is expected to hit the Northeast region of Ohio during the nights of Wednesday and Thursday. Experts suggest that the lakes will start to take shape later this Wednesday, which will continue till Thursday noon.

    What are the warnings issued by the authority?

    The weather authority has issued late effect warnings for Ashtabula County from Wednesday at 7 PM to Thursday at 10 PM. The report says the region will witness 6-inch to 9-inch of snow accumulations. Similarly, other regions like the Geauga and Lake Counties will remain under advisory from the weather department for the same time frame. It is reported to accumulate 3-6 inches of snow.



    The government has divided regions into primary and secondary snow belt areas. According to the reports, by the end of Thursday, primary snow belt regions will witness snow settlements of up to six inches, whereas secondary regions will see up to one to three inches of snow. Other regions, like Millesberg, Mansfield, Canton, etc., will also experience decent snow accumulations ranging between 1-3 inches.
