RBI monetary policy: MPC keeps repo rate, reverse repo rate unchanged; maintains accommodative stance
The six-member monetary policy committee (MPC) of the Reserve Bank of India, headed by Governor Shaktikanta Das, on Thursday maintained status quo on the policy rates after delivering 115 basis points repo rate cuts since March. The repo rate stands at 4 per cent, and the reverse repo rate at 3.35 per cent.
