In a major crackdown on fraudulent builders in Haryana’s Gurugram district, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar ordered a probe against four builders including Mangal Sen Mittal, a proprietor of Ramada Hotels, for alleged forgery in the name of housing society.
