Agencies

Synopsis

The "Nothing Phone 2" is set to be released soon, with an expected launch date in March 2021. The device, which aims to be a minimalistic alternative to smartphones, will feature a small e-ink display, basic call and text capabilities, and a built-in pedomete

It is currently uncertain if and when a Nothing Phone 2 will be released. Despite the success of the first Phone 1, the company's founder, Carl Pei, has confirmed that there are no plans to release a Phone 2 in the near future and instead the company will focus on updates for the Phone 1. While it is typical for phone companies to release new models annually, it is not known if Nothing will follow this trend or if they will launch a Phone 2 in the future.

The launch date for the Nothing Phone 2 is currently unknown, but it could potentially be announced in July 2023. The design of the phone is also uncertain, but it is expected to retain the transparent back design and potentially feature refined back patterns and changes to the Glyph lights. It may also take design cues from the Apple iPhone 14 or the rumoured "curved edge" design of the iPhone 15.
