There’s enough finance, but so are the barriers to steer it towards climate action: UN panel report

Synopsis

The IPCC report does some straight talking: the global temperature increase may touch the 1.5°C by 2030, and India is among the countries most vulnerable to global warming. The risks of inaction on climate are immense, but enhancing international cooperation on finance, technology, and capacity building can speed up mitigation and adaptation, and help move development towards sustainability.
