The partnerships will enable Droom to cover 477 locations across the country, including Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Pune, Vijaywada, Varanasi, Srinagar, Guwahati, Sikkim and Thiruvananthpuram.

”This is a major development that will impact the current fabric of the online automotive industry. With RSA being provided by brands such as Allianz Worldwide and other regional providers, confidence of car buyers from Droom will definitely enhance, leading to greater brand support. This agreement justifies and fulfills the brand valuation of all the service providers to the hilt,” Rishab Malik, co-founder, Droom, said.

On Demand Roadside Assistance gained traction in 2016 when Zaiuto, GoBumpr, StranD, Gomgarage, among others, came up, claiming services at lower market rates and without restrictions whatsoever on the age of the vehicles being serviced.
