LANCELOT PAIS | Richards Town ,Drain Road ,Bangalore | Mar 12, 2020, 06.21 AM ISTA part of footpath has collapsed at a busy spot in Richards Town next to the Bescom office. The road is always busy with vehicles, while the pavements are occupied by vendors. In such a condition, a broken footpath adds to the risk of pedestrians, who use this stretch extensively as an approach to Bangalore East Railway Station.
