Vizianagaram MP bats for international flights

VIZIANAGARAM: The Vizianagaram MP Kalisetti Appala Naidu of TDP urged the Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu to resume the services of International flights to Colombo and Dubai. He also requested the minister to operate various new services from Vizag.

MP Appala Naidu gave a representation to the Civil Aviation minister Rammohan Naidu by saying that Vizag is one of the fastest growing cities in the country and also software industry has been establishing on a rapid pace. The existing flight services are not enough to cater the needs of the public, especially the businesspersons.

He informed the minister that international flight services from Vizag to Dubai and Colombo were operated till 2020. Those services should be resumed and also asked the minister to introduce new flight services to commercial cities and also pilgrim center such as Surat, Varanasi and Mumbai.
