What did Rahul Gandhi say that has Kesariya Hindu Vahini filing a complaint?
PONDA: UP-based Kesariya Hindu Vahini, which has offices across India, has filed a complaint with Ponda police in Goa, seeking action against Rahul Gandhi for his alleged remarks against Hindus in Parliament.
The organisation’s national vice-president, Rajiv Jha, who filed the complaint, told TOI,“He (Rahul Gandhi) has termed the entire Hindu community as violent, which cannot be tolerated and that is the reason why I lodged a police complaint.
If the police fail to take action, I will agitate at Ponda’s Kranti Maidan from Monday.”
A letter has also been sent to the President of India and the PMO. Jha said he would also approach the court against Gandhi over the issue.
Referring to the speech, Jha said that the Gandhi scion has compared Lord Shiva to Gandhi and also compared the Abhay Mudra of Lord Shiva to the symbol of Congress.
