Sunita Kejriwal to take rein in absence of Arvind Kejriwal, AAP schedule a mega rally for her welcome

JIND: In a first, Sunita Kejriwal, wife of jailed Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal will kick off the assembly polls campaign on June 30, said Sushil Gupta, state president of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). The AAP held a state level meeting in Jind on Saturday which was attended by Lok sabha heads and district unit chiefs of the party.
Later, the meeting held at the party office at Bhiwani road in Jind district, Sushil Gupta, informed the media persons that Sunita Kejriwal will address a 'maharally' on June 30 in Haryana.However, the district and spot have not been finalised yet but her visit has been confirmed. "She will address the people of the state on the behalf of Arvind Kejriwal, who is now in jail in a false case. She will urge people to support the party which has been raising their issues on ground. The BJP has implicated the chief minister in a fake case and his wife will expose the saffron party in the mega event. AAP will cover all assembly segments soon and she will boost the morale of party workers," he added.
Rajnish Jain, state president of women wing, said that women are keen to listen to Sunita Kejriwal who will be the representative of Delhi CM. Party leaders mulled over to schedule a mega event in the south belt this time. People will be invoked to strengthen the party in absence of Arvind Kejriwal and she will deliver a strong message to party workers and people of the state, she added.
