Birla Estates acquires second land parcel in Pune
PUNE: Birla Estates has acquired 16.5 acres land parcel in Manjri which has a development potential of 32 lakh sq ft and revenue potential of Rs 2,500 crore. This is the second land parcel acquired by the company in Pune. Last year, it had announced the development of a premium residential project through acquisition of 5.8-acre land parcel in Sangamwadi.
Located in the rapidly emerging micro-market of Manjri, the project is situated on the Pune-Solapur Highway offering connectivity to several IT hubs including Kharadi, Magarpatta, and Phursungi and Hadapsar MIDC.

"Pune is a strategic market for us and this acquisition is a step towards our ambitious growth plans. The Pune-Solapur corridor is transforming at a rapid pace and we intend to enhance living standards in Manjri by delivering meticulously designed homes that seamlessly integrate contemporary architecture with thoughtfully chosen amenities," Commenting on this development, K T Jithendran, MD & CEO said.
