Missing man’s body found, brother held
Visakhapatnam: The body of a 38-year-old man, who had gone missing a few days ago, was found buried near a canal at Darlapudi village under S Rayavaram mandal in Anakapalle district on Wednesday. Police arrested his brother and another person for the murder, which was over property dispute.
The victim, Sunnam Sateesh, was a goldsmith. His father Sunnam Brahmaji owned a jewellery shop in Elamanchili.
Brahmaji had adopted the accused, Sai Manoj Kumar, when he was a child and treated him as his son. When Brahmaji suffered a heart attack and passed away recently, elders in the family decided to divide the property equally between Sateesh and Sai Manoj.However, dispute arose between the two brothers over the decision. Sai Manoj then planned to kill Sateesh.
