After the debacle of Aamir Khan's ambitious project, 'Laal Singh Chaddha', the actor has been on a acting break and on a look out for a project good enough to make his comeback with.
Amidst this, the superstar reportedly hosted a get-together party for the entire team of 'Laal Singh Chaddha'. The event marked a significant moment for the film as it found its well-deserved success on the OTT platforms, the report on Bollywood Hungama stated.

Earlier, in an interview with a news portal, Naga Chaitanya spoke about the film. According to him, there was a lot of honesty, even in the way Aamir was working. He just followed him in this journey and has no regrets at all. Chaitanya also went on to add that it is unfortunate that the movie didn’t work out but he came out as an evolved person, both professionally and personally. And he believed that all this is because of what Aamir taught him. Chaitanya added that he sees working in 'Laal Singh Chaddha' as an ‘investment for the future’.
Atul Kulkarni also opened up about the failure of the film at the box office and told ETimes, "I’ve been in the industry for a fairly long time and have experienced such things. Every time you start a project, you think people will like and love it; sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn’t. So, you cannot change the texture of the profession."

Atul also brushed apart the #boycottbollywood trend that swept the industry, saying, "I think it should be completely left to the audience to decide whether they want to see something or not, be it a film or a painting. No one should dictate what I should consume..."
'Laal Singh Chaddha' is an official Hindi remake of classic Hollywood film, 'Forrest Gump' that originally starred Tom Hanks in the lead role. The Hindi remake also starred Kareena Kapoor Khan, Mona Singh, Naga Chaitanya and others in key roles. The film received mixed reviews from the audience and the critics alike.
