After Shabana Azmi, Javed Akhtar applauds Kartik Aaryan's film 'Chandu Champion'

A biographical sports drama film titled 'Chandu Champion', starring Kartik Aaryan and depicting the life and struggles of India's first Paralympics gold medalist, Murlikant Petkar, hit theaters a couple of days ago to positive reception from audiences.
After watching the movie last night at the special screening, veteran actor Shabana Azmi and renowned lyricist Javed Akhtar were captured by the paparazzi, praising the Kabir Khan-directed film.
Recently, Javed Akhtar took to his social media handle and received the film 'Chandu Champion'. He wrote, "I watched Chandu Champion. Who would have believed it if it had not been a 100% true story? particularly enjoyed the second half. Another feather in Kabir Khan’s cap. Kartik is a delightful surprise in a dramatic role. The movie 'Chandu Champion', produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, features a star-studded cast including Vijay Raaz, Bhuvan Arora, Yashpal Sharma, Rajpal Yadav, Aniruddh Dave, Shreyas Talpade, Sonali Kulkarni, and many more.
'Chandu Champion' masterfully depicts the life journey of Murlikant Petkar, the trailblazer who achieved India's inaugural Paralympic gold medal, in a compelling cinematic narrative.
In terms of his professional commitments, Kartik Aaryan is preparing to return as the beloved character Rooh Baba in 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3', where he will co-star with Triptii Dimri, Vidya Balan, and Madhuri Dixit Nene. He is currently engaged in discussions with acclaimed filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya regarding the role of Prem in an upcoming film. Additionally, 'Aashiqui 3' is also on his schedule.
