Anil Kapoor: Young actors should reduce their fees, in dire conditions let go off the money - Exclusive

Amid conversation about actors refusing to reduce thier fees and demanding high entourage costs, Anil Kapoor had shared one interesting piece of advice for young and upcoming actors. ETimes asked the seasoned actor to share one piece of advice for young generation and Anil Kapoor quipped, "I want to tell the actors and actresses to reduce their fees.If they’re sensible, they will reduce their fees."
Explaining the thought behind the same, he added, "If you want a career spanning 30-40 years, then be sensible about charging your fees. Lambi race khelni hai toh samajhdaar bano. And if sometimes the producer is in dire condition, then let go off the money."
Anil Kapoor's kids have also expertly diversified in the industry. While Sonam and Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor explored films, Rhea got behind the camera to produce some interesting projects. Commenting on the progress of his children, the veteran actor said, "Crew produced by Rhea did very well. She made a film about three girls and people were questioning her choice, but she has always produced women-centric films and proved people wrong. I am really proud of her. Harsh goes by his choices of films. Whatever films he has done are completely his choices. I am very proud that my kids are independent in their own way."
