It has been about 19 years since Divya Khosla and Bhushan Kumar tied the knot, they even have a son Ruhaan together. However, since Wednesday, the news about their separation has been doing the rounds of the internet, it all started when it was noticed that the actress has dropped the surname Kumar from her Instagram profile. The rumours got stronger when it came to notice that the actress has also unfollowed the T-series handle on Instagram.At this point however, one doesn’t know for sure, if she was following the handle or not in the first place.
As this news began to spread, a lot of rumours began to surface, one of them being that the couple had agreed for a divorce and even an amount has been agreed up as alimony. But all those rumours have now been put to rest as a spokesperson from T-series shared that Divya dropping ‘Kumar’ from her handle was basically done for astrological reasons.
The spokesperson for T-Series ( Bhushan is the Chairman of the company) explained that Divya Khosla's decision to drop her married surname was influenced by numerology and her belief in astrology. They emphasized that this was a personal choice driven by her astrological beliefs and should be respected. Additionally, it was noted that Divya had previously added an 's' to her maiden surname 'Khosla' for similar reasons.
The spokesperson said, "Divya Khossla's choice to drop her married surname, driven by astrological beliefs, is a personal decision and should be respected, her addition of an ‘s’ to her maiden surname, symbolising her astrological belief is for the same thought.”
