Mahabharat which was aired on DD in the year 1988 is remembered till date. All the actors in this mythological show are still remembered by their respective screen characters. For instance, Nitish Bhardwaj as Krishna, Mukesh Khanna as Bheeshm Peetamah and Puneet Issar as Dooryodhan. Meanwhile, actor Feroz Khan played the role of Arjun. Do you know that Feroz is actually 'Ishq Vishq Rebound' actor Jibraan Khan's father?
Jibraan was seen as Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol's son in Karan Johar's 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham' as a child.He's now making his debut as an adult actor with 'Ishq Vishq Reloaded' which also stars Pashmina Roshan, Rohit Saraf and Naila Grrewal. At the special screening of the film, Jibraan was seen with his parents. Seeing his father Feroz after so long, instantly got back memories for all the 'Mahabharat' fans.
For those not in the know, Feroz had changed his name to Arjun even in real life. This was suggested to him by the writer of Mahabharat Rahi Masoom Raza. Raza told Feroz Khan that twenty three thousand actors had auditioned for the part. But it was Firoz Khan who bagged the role. Hence, Raza told him that he should make the character his own by changing his name. Now that's quite a trivia.
