Arthana Binu refutes allegations made by her father Vijayakumar

Arthana Binu has dismissed allegations made by her father actor Vijayakumar, regarding the recent incident, where she posted a video of him trespassing on her residential property. On July 4, ‘Mudhugauv’ actress Arthana Binu dropped a video on Instagram, and made a shocking statement alleging that her ‘biological father’ Vijayakumar has been creating chaos in her family’s life.Following that, Vijayakumar alleged that he wasn’t trespassing on the property, but had came to know about the whereabouts of his daughters.

In a response to the same, Arthana Binu has now posted a few notes, clarifying that her mother is officially divorced from Vijayakumar, and that the allegations made by the latter are false. She shared screenshots of some financial transactions, and also complaints filed against Vijayakumar.
" I am hereby posting this statement to shed light into the reality about the allegations which my father has raised upon myself and family. Kindly spare sometime and read this statement if you all have found the recent video which I have posted of my father trespassing to our home and threatening us as a gimmick. I know the statement is quite long but this is the maximum extent to which I could condense all what my father has caused us to suffer," Arthana said.

In another post she said, “These are the evidences which prove that whatever Mr Vijayakumar has accused against me and my family is wrong and whatever I accused against him is right. Image 1: Proves that Mr Vijayakumar’s recent claim of him coming inside my house upon my sister opening the for him is wrong. He lied that we did it to frame him as a trespasser by taking the video which I had put up on the instagram post uploaded on July 4,2023. If his claims were real, why was he seen going back by jumping over the wall instead of the gate?”
She further added, “The video in this post clearly shows him intruding into our compound, when our you can notice that our gate is locked from inside as we fear Mr Vijayakumar. For him it would be silly to intrude into a house where just females reside. But we live in the fear whether others would would imitate what he does. It is our safety’s concern. Image 2: In the interviews given by him following my instagram post, he stated that my mother and him are not legally divorced! The court verdict I have provided here is enough to prove that statement of him wrong. Image 3: The claim given by him that the 4,0000 which he deposited to my mom’s bank account on the 3rd July 2023 was for my sister’s education purpose is wrong. He owes her 10 lakh rupees and gold for which the case my mom filed against Vijayakumar is still ongoing. He also owes us the overdue of maintenance arrear which os supposed to be given monthly. This mentioned 40,000 and other installments he has deposited to the Canara bank account of my mom is just installments of the money which he owes us.”
