Cheran supports Ameer on the 'Paruthiveeran' issue: Be brave; they are nothing without you

The 2007 'Paruthiveeran' has turned into the headlines as the film's producer, KE Gnanavelraja, and director, Ameer, have a conflict. Several filmmakers have shared their support for Ameer over the 'Paruthiveeran' row, while support for the director is increasing regularly. Now, director-actor Cheran took to his social media page to share his support for Ameer.Cheran described Ameer as a chariot, as he stands all alone, even if he stands between thousands. He asked Ameer to be brave, as the producer is nothing without the director, and said that the truth will triumph one day. Cheran then mocked KE Gnanavelraja, saying that the sins of creators like Ameer cannot be tolerated, and stated that Ameer is not a cheat like the producer claimed, as he has known the director for a long time.

Cheran also criticized 'Paruthiveeran' actor Karthi and his brother Suriya for not condemning the act of KE Gnanavelraja.
Ameer disclosed his conflict with KE Gnanavelraja in a YouTube interview and said that he has no issues with Karthi or Suriya. 'Paruthiveeran' producer KE Gnanavelraja then called Ameer a cheat and mocked his journey as a director. This stirred up controversy, and several filmmakers, who were associated with Ameer during 'Paruthiveeran', spoke about the film's issues.

Sasikumar, Samuthirakani, Karupalaniappan, Snekan, Ponvannan, Bharathiraja, and Nandha Periyasamy have shown their support for Ameer in the 'Paruthiveeran' row, while Cheeran's addition has extended the support for the director. But KE Gnanavelraja hasn't gotten any support from cinema stars yet, and it's only a few fans who are voicing out for the producer on social media.
