Rajinikanth is one of the legendary actors in the South, and he has delivered several memorable films for the fans. Rajinikanth has a humorous side hidden in himself, and we can see the actor replicating it during his stage speeches. Here is a throwback to when Rajinikanth made fun of his pairing with Aishwarya Rai in 'Enthiran'.
After the blockbuster 'Sivaji', Rajinikanth reunited with director Shankar for 'Enthiran', and the mega-budget film had a grand release in 2010.
'Enthiran' was also released in Hindi with the title 'Robot', and the film secured massive numbers in the Hindi market. During the pre-release event of 'Enthiran' aka 'Robot' in Mumbai, Rajinikanth narrated about his discussion with a friend and made fun of himself. When Rajinikanth was telling his Rajasthani friend Nandulal about 'Enthiran' and Aishwarya Rai working as a female lead in the film, Nandulal asked the actor, who is the hero of the film. Rajinikanth then humbly said to Nandulal, He is the hero, and the latter turned silent for ten minutes after it.
Nandulal, who couldn't accept the fact, asked Rajinikanth how Aishwarya Rai, her husband Abhishek Bachchan, and her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan agreed for the actress to pair with him. Rajinikanth made everyone laugh at the 'Robot' Hindi pre-release event by recalling his chat with the Rajasthani friend and thanking Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for accepting to work with him.
It is worth mentioning that Rajinikanth paired up with Aishwarya Rai, the actress, who is 22 years younger than the actor in 'Enthiran'.
