The June 28, 2024 episode of SmackDown kicked off with a spectacular brawl between Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Kevin Owens, and The Bloodline. However, Jacob Fatu was notably absent from the brawl.
After the intense conclusion of last week's SmackDown, Cody, Randy, and Kevin were in full rage mode against The Bloodline and ready to send them to the hospital.
The epic brawl fired up the Madison Square Garden arena, making the episode truly spectacular.
Here's everything you need to know about the 6-man street brawl:

The episode of SmackDown kicked off with The Bloodline's arrival. Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa made their entrance, but they were quickly confronted by Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens, who launched a fierce attack. Chaos erupted, and all six men engaged in an intense brawl, electrifying the MSG arena attendees, who were on their feet, witnessing the clash.
The highlight of the brawl was Kevin Owens performing a massive Swanton Bomb from the barricade onto Tanga Loa through a table. Meanwhile, Cody was dominating Solo Sikoa, and Randy was battling Tama Tonga near the barricade area outside the ring. The situation escalated when SmackDown's GM, Nick Aldis, arrived with security guards to stop the fight. However, Team Cody was so fired up that they started attacking the security members.

The Viper delivered an RKO, Owens executed a Stunner, and Cody hit a Cross Rhodes on the security guards. It was clear that Cody, Randy, and Kevin were determined to destroy anyone in their path towards dismantling The Bloodline. To control the situation, Nick Aldis called in the NYPD, who arrived with officers to take Cody, Randy, and Owens into custody.
Given the intensity of the brawl between Cody, Randy, Owens, and The Bloodline, one thing is certain: they will show no mercy towards each other at Money in the Bank.

Overall, the brawl was epic and perfectly set the stage, heightening anticipation for Money in the Bank 2024. Additionally, the six-man tag team match at Money in the Bank could escalate into a street fight tag team match between Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens, and The Bloodline. With The Bloodline having four members compared to the three-man team of Cody, Randy, and Owens, the odds are in The Bloodline's favor.
Another shocking event on SmackDown was the Acknowledgement Ceremony, where Solo Sikoa demanded that each member of The Bloodline acknowledge him. While everyone complied, Paul Heyman refused, maintaining his loyalty to Roman Reigns as the Tribal Chief Leader. This infuriated The Bloodline, leading to a vicious attack on Paul, culminating in a triple powerbomb through the announce table. This scenario is setting the stage for Roman Reigns' return, as he is the only one who can stop Sikoa and the rest of The Bloodline.
