Ishti Kutum fame actress Sudipta Chakraborty gets hitched to beau Swarna Shekar Joardar

It’s wedding season and a number of Tollywood artists are ready to start a new chapter of their lives by saying ‘I Do’. While ‘Alta Phoring’ fame Saoli Chattopadhyay got married to beau Pratik Dutta a few days back, yet another couple also got hitched. Bengali actress Sudipta Chakraborty, who rose to fame with the success of daily soap ‘Ishti Kutum’, got hitched to long-term boyfriend Swarna Shekar Joardar.
They had their registry wedding yesterday (December 4). It was an intimate ceremony for the duo held in Naihati, which is the native place of Sudipta. Only family members and a few close friends of the couple were invited to the ceremony.
Sudipta wore a beautiful green and pink saree, teamed up with a matching blouse. To complete her traditional look for the big day, she opted for gold ornaments. She kept the make-up game simple and allowed her natural glow to do all the talks. Swarna, on the other hand, looked dapper in a traditional Punjabi kurta and pyajama.
Congratulatory messages are pouring in for the lovey-dovey couple who are very popular among their industry peers. Artists Bhaswar Chatterjee, Juhi Sen, Raja Biswas, Srijani Mitra and many others extended warm wishes to the couple.
Sudipta and Swarna, who is also a singer and actor, have been dating for a long time now.
Besides passion for acting and music, their mutual love for travel brought the couple closer. They jointly own a homestay in a popular hill station. Swarna and Sudipta got engaged in June this year.
Sudipta was recently seen in TV show 'Trishul- Tin Shaktir Aadhar'.
