Bigg Boss OTT 3: Naezy made a shocking revelation, reveals he was locked in jail when Gully Boy was filming, says 'Jo jealous log system mein the unhone kiya'

Naezy, a rapper also known as Naved Shaikh, is presently a contestant on Bigg Boss OTT 3. In the most recent episode, when speaking with Ranvir Shorey, he revealed some shocking details. Naezy revealed that he spent nearly a year in jail while filming Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy, after detailing how the film had harmed his personal life.
During the same conversation, Naezy mentioned how such an occurrence wrecked his career and prevented him from reaching his full potential.This is what he shared.
Naezy was discussing with Sana Makbul, Ranvir Shorey, and Armaan Malik. The rapper was heard stating, "Ek movie ban rahi thi, jo mere baare mein thi, aurv main bahut powerful banne wala tha." Isi dauran main gayab ho jaata hun (A film was being made on me, and I was going to become extremely powerful. During this moment, I abruptly disappeared).
He also stated that people became concerned about him and frequently inquired as to his whereabouts throughout the filming of Gully Boy. Ranvir Shorey, who was intrigued, inquired as to his whereabouts.
Naezy replied, "Mereko andar le liye the prison mein. Kyunki main zyada bada banne wala tha, powerful banne wala tha, toh jo jealous log the system mein, jo log ko mujhe bother karna tha unlog ne kiya (They took me inside the prison. Because I was going to become bigger, I was going to become powerful, so those jealous people in the system, those who were supposed to bother me, they did it)."
Furthermore, Naezy stated that various claims were levelled against him, and he spent a year in prison. In addition, he revealed that neither his parents nor anybody else knew where he was.
Later, while speaking with the housemates, Naved addressed rumours that he was in Dubai during a difficult period in his life. Finally, he explained how his fans were emotional upon his homecoming. Highlighting the negative impact of the incident on his career, Naezy stated, "My life was spoiled after that one occurrence. I would never be able to achieve that level of success again in my career."

For those unfamiliar, Gully Boy is inspired by the lives of Indian street rappers DIVINE and Naezy. It is directed by Zoya Akhtar and stars Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, and Siddhant Chaturvedi in key parts.
