Dalljiet Kaur gives it back to the people who have been asking her to move on from ex-husband Nikhil Patel; writes 'Sorry but I am not him'

Dalljiet Kaur and her estranged husband, Nikhil Patel, have been in the news for quite some time. All is not well in the lovers' paradise, since Dalljiet left Patel's residence in Nairobi and returned to Mumbai a few months ago.
While there were many rumours about their relationship, they began to share details on social media, and it has been disclosed thus far that Nikhil supposedly had an extramarital affair, which led to Kaur leaving his house.
Dalljiet Kaur resumed work shortly after arriving in Mumbai. She hosted a few parties and did picture shoots. She continues to share heartbreaking and motivational quotes. Dalljiet recently turned to social media to address all of her supporters who want her to heal sooner.
Dalljiet shared, "For all those who message me and tell me how much they want me to heal. It is time taking. Sorry, but I am not him. I will take my time. I am very thankful to all of you to have stood by me in this phase."
As the Bigg Boss 13 star told fans that she will take her time healing, she maintained an optimistic attitude by adding, "And yes, my tale is still being written. My next chapter is still in its writing stage."

Earlier, Nikhil Patel had exclusively mentioned, "In January this year, Dalljiet decided to leave Kenya with her son Jaydon and return to India, which ultimately led to our separation. We both realised that the foundation of our blended family wasn't as strong as we had hoped, making it hard for Dalljiet to settle in Kenya. In March 2023, we held an Indian wedding ceremony in Mumbai. Though it held cultural significance, it was not legally binding. This ceremony was intended to reassure Dalljiet’s family about her move to Kenya. Despite our efforts, Dalljiet found it challenging to adjust to life in Kenya, missing her career and life in India. The complexities of our family dynamics became increasingly apparent."

Following a failed marriage with actor Shalin Bhanot, Dalljiet Kaur chose to give love a second chance with Kenyan businessman Nikhil Patel. They married on March 18, 2023, and within a year after their wedding, the couple started having marital troubles.
