In a recent episode, Sai Ketan Rao recalled his early childhood and opened up about his struggling days. While talking about the same, he revealed his father abandoned the family, leaving them high and dry. He recalled, "After my dad left, mom faced harassment from her in-laws, as they used to question us a lot. But we grew out of it and fought back. My mom and I have gone through a lot together. During tough days, we even slept on railway tracks." He further added, "Mom used to work multiple jobs to make ends meet while raising two kids. Slowly we grew financially, but it was a tough ride."

This week while everyone was sharing their stories, Shivani shocked the contestants after she revealed some shocking details about her life. She said, “Nobody knows the real story. My parents had eight sons before they had me and my sisters. However, they couldn’t take care of them as we were financially very unstable and all of them passed away. Later, my parents had me and my sisters. However, my mom wanted a son but that didn’t happen and it broke her a lot. Even my dad passed away after a few years of my brothers death. It was just my mom and us sisters. We hardly had any money for the basic needs. I even worked at places for Rs 200. My mom had suicidal tendencies as well. However, I then started my YouTube career. People were very against it in the start and the villagers even threatened to throw me out of the village along with my mom. Things are much better now.”

In one of the recent episodes he spoke about his journey as an actor and recalled his struggling days. He shared, “During the very start I struggled a lot to get roles in any shows or movies. After a lot of struggles I didn’t find my way up with some small roles in Bollywood movies. However, there was a time in my life when things went downhill for me. My mom passed away and I left for America to earn some money along with my brother. There I even did some courses. Later, I came back to India to once again start my acting career.”

I was at the venue and I remember leaving since I didn’t feel good about it. I left the house with my son Chiku and stayed away for almost a year. I always wished to have some help in my career but nobody helped me. I made a studio of my own in my chawl but now I want to be so big that I help people. During the past many years there were situations in my life because of which I couldn’t do great in my career but now I’m fully ready.”

I’m one of those people who have never tasted alcohol in my life but have yet to be diagnosed with it. People get to know about their liver disease mostly when they are in the last stage of it. I’ve been lucky in that case as I got to know about it pretty early.”
