Remo D'Souza's wife, Lizelle, amazed everyone with her remarkable weight loss transformation in 2020. Over two and a half years, she shed an impressive 40 kilos. Her dedication and hard work to achieve this drastic change, left everyone stunned and inspired. Recently, Lizelle and Remo appeared on Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa's podcast, where Lizelle opened up about her incredible weight loss journey.
Lizelle credited her trainer Pravin and dietician Neha who supported her during her weight loss journey, "In 2020, lockdown happened during that time, I met Neha from Delhi, she put me on Keto strict diet. The world says you should not do Keto as it has side effects as it is all about cheese, oil fry food but she put me on a diet. She made me eat so many vegetables which I have not had in my entire life. My last 8 kilos I lost in 8 months during the lockdown. When I did my blood test, all the fatty liver and everything had got reversed. It took me two and a half years to lose 40 kilos. Abhi 10 kilo wapas badh gaye hain which I am reducing," she concluded.
