Bigg Boss Kannada 8: Netizens slam Nidhi Subbaiah for degrading Aravind KP's sportsmanship; demand an apology

Actress Nidhi Subbaiah and International Biker Aravind KP have always been good friends since the season premiere of Bigg Boss Kannada 8. The buddies share a good rapport and have always been supportive of one another.
However, things did turn around for them until the duo got into an argument in the previous episode. It all started when Aravind KP and Manju Pavagada, the captains of the opposing teams ended up having a disagreement with each other during the task.
Nidhi Subbaiah from Manju's team intervened in between and started to narrate her version.Irked by Nidhi's comments, Aravind said 'Muchkond iru' to the actress, which means 'Keep quiet' in Kannada slang, Nidhi got upset as she never expected Aravind KP to use the terminology on a regional channel.

Needless to say, things escalated when Nidhi criticised Aravind's sportsmanship. She said, "You're not a true sportsman! Aravind," (sic). She also made personal remarks on Aravind and his achievements.
Aravind on the contrary too was upset with Nidhi's comments. He mentioned that he never knew anything about the actress until they met each other in the ongoing reality show.
On the other hand, Nidhi's comments on Aravind KP's sportsmanship and achievements have triggered a reaction from the viewers. Netizens wrote against this and demanded an apology from the actress.

"You disrespect a national champion you disrespected the whole nation," (sic) reads one of the posts as they demand an apology from Nidhi Subbaiah.

Another user slammed Nidhi Subbaiah for her performance in the reality show and said, "Cannot play a single task on BB. But has the guts to abuse a national sportsman who risks his life to win for the country,"
