Shanvi Srivastava and Parvathy Arun, will be airing on television soon. The film, which was shot extensively in Mysuru, received a reasonably good response at the box office, when it released in 2019. The movie, which is directed by Vijay Nagendra, who marked his debut in Sandalwood, is co-produced by Ganesh's wife
Shilpa Ganesh, and will soon be aired on a Kannada general entertainment channel.
The project, which is set against the backdrop of the Kannada language rights agitation of the 1980s, known as Gokak Chaluvali, is the story of Akash, played by Ganesh, who fights for Kannadiga rights and meets three female protagonists who leave different impressions on him. The project also has
Sudharani, Ravishankar Gowda, Achyuth Kumar, Vishal Hegde,
Ravi Bhat and K S Sridhar among the supporting cast. The project also sees Ganesh's son Vihaan Ganesh in a significant role.
Some of the songs of the movie like Kannadiga, crooned by
Puneeth Rajkumar, and Helade Kelase became popular among masses.
