Cyclone Biparjoy: Hundreds of trucks standstill in Kachchh due to the closure of Kandla Port

Hundreds of trucks have been standing still at Gandhi dham, Kachchh due to the closure of Kandla Port in wake of Cyclone Biparjoy. The cyclone is expected to make landfall on June 15. As per IMD, the cyclone has intensified into a ‘very severe’ cyclonic storm. In view of the cyclone, a total of 12 NDRF teams have been deployed in Gujarat.
