We want everyone who works at Dolphin Computer Access to know they can be open about their mental health and ask for support if they need it. We now have another trained Mental Health First Aider to provide and signpost support as well as promote positive mental health in the workplace. Congratulations to Kelly Jones on completing the Level 3 Mental Health Workplace First Aider qualification. I am so impressed by Kelly's dedication to developing our Workplace Mental Wellbeing policy. Kelly has already introduced regular lunch time wellness walks at Dolphin, actively promoting the benefits of movement and being outside for our wellbeing - especially with desk-based jobs like mine. Great idea! #MHFA #Inclusivity
