Bennett University's International Relations and Corporate Outreach (IRCO) team works in close collaboration with dedicated IRCO Champions from across academic departments. These champions are essential in bridging the gap between global opportunities and our student and faculty body. They actively circulate exciting international programs, internships, and exchange opportunities to their respective departments, ensuring maximum student reach. Additionally, IRCO Champions play a key role in the implementation of partnerships and MOUs, providing valuable academic insights and ensuring programs align with departmental goals and curriculum requirements. This strong partnership empowers Bennett students to fully leverage the wealth of international experiences and collaborations fostered by the IRCO team.
Om Prakash Dwivedi is an Associate Professor of English Literature at Bennett University. He is the Vice-Chair of the international research group, Challenging Precarity: A Global Network.
Dr. Anurag Goswami is actively involved in the research collaboration with the multiple researchers across the globe. Since 2017, he has been acting as a leader for international partnerships for the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.
Gauri D Chakraborty graduated from Asia’s premier institution, Film and Television Institute of India, Pune and has been a part of the Audio-Video Industry since 1995. She is a practising filmmaker, academician, and artist. She was associate producer on the award-winning film Sheep Thief (Asif Kapadia, 1997); anchor cum assistant producer at Zee Telefilms for Best of India (1998), worked with BBC WST on HIV awareness in India on Haath Se Haath Mila. She has directed films for CWG 2010 volunteer training program. Gauri has been a media educator for the last 18 years including spearheading a media department and community radio station. She is a resource person for UGC refresher programs on gender and is a member of various research bodies like International Association for Media and Communication Research (IAMCR).. She was Festival Director for the IAWRT Asian Women’s Film Festival (2019) and 2023. In 2016, Gauri founded Vansh Vyom, an initiative celebrating matriarchy and the performing arts. She has received the 100 Womenfaces award from the Centre for Women Entrepreneurs (COWE) in 2018. She is Editor of the book, Balancing the Wisdom Tree- An Anthology of FTII’s Women Alumni.
Dr. Manoj Sharma holds a Master's in signal processing and control and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering. He specializes in applying deep learning techniques to computer vision problems. His research contributions are significant, with 36 publications in prestigious conferences such as CVPR, WACV, BMVC, ICIP, ICDAR, and IJCNN. Dr. Sharma also actively contributes to the research community as a reviewer for journals and conferences.
Dr. Tilak Jha is an Ex-BBC Journalist and Former Asian Future Leaders Scholar of the Bai Xian Asia Institute, Hong Kong at Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. He has a PhD in Chinese Media from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a Masters in Convergent Journalism from Jamia Millia Islamia. Dr. Jha's academic and professional interests include media, governance and international relations.
Dr. Garima Tiwari has a Ph.D. from the School of Law, University of Camerino, Italy and an LL.M. from University of Torino/United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute, Italy. She also has visiting research periods at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies, Oxford University and Nordic Institute of Asian Studies, University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Dr. Tiwari has presented her work at several international forums including Sweden, Taiwan, Italy, etc. and has published extensively.
Dr. Ketan Damji Rathod, a Ph.D. holder in Physics from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (2015), boasts a strong background in experimental Cold Atom Physics. His academic journey includes a Master of Science degree from the same institute (2009). As a recipient of a three-year PBC postdoctoral fellowship at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel (2016-2019), he focused on Rb atom trapping on atom chips. Following this, he contributed significantly as a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Quantum Technologies, National University of Singapore. Dr. Rathod's commitment to education and research is evident in his teaching of Physics courses at Bennett University since December 2021.
Manish comes with more than 10 years of work experience supporting Startups from the idea to early revenue stage. His approach has been sector agnostic and focuses primarily on shaping up ideas, developing business models and building the mindset of young entrepreneurs. He has also worked in DST – GoI project of “Promotion of Innovative Clusters” and was actively involved in ever-evolving NCR IT cluster. Further he has also worked with UK based business accelerator, Entrepreneurial Spark and brought their program to India (launched in GIFT City- Gandhinagar, Noida & Mumbai). He has worked with startups across India under these initiatives.
A firm believer of Startsomething & #GoDo attitude, he believes in motivating Startups to find their calling and passion. Manish has undergone different training programs like Incubator management program at EDI – Ahmedabad by DST, GIZ and DCMSME, Enablement training by Entrepreneurial Spark in Birmingham & Glasgow, Train the Trainer program by CII – UNIDO in Bangalore. He is also Ambassador of India Innovation Initiative by CII.
Dr. Nishant Singh is working as Assistant professor (HR & OB) in School of Management, Bennett University. He has more than 6 years of experience in corporate and academia. He is doctorate from IIT Roorkee and MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has published various papers in reputed international journals (ABDC, ABS, Scopus indexed) and presented in many international national conferences (Fudan University, China & UTS Business School, University of Technology Sydney). He is reviewer in many international journals and a member of Academy of Management. (AOM).
Dr. Sarika Chaudhary is a structure biologist with extensive research experience across the globe. She has worked at the University of Virginia, University of Central Florida, University of California Berkeley, and the University of California San Francisco. In 2019, Dr. Chaudhary moved from St. Jude Children's Hospital to join Bennett University. She is involved in multiple international research collaborations.
Baij Nath Singh is a passionate professional possessing 7 years of industrial and research and development experience with 5 years of teaching experience. His research domain is around vibration and acoustics and noise minimization of vibrating structures and his teaching focus is on industrial dominated academics. He has international collaboration with faculties at University of Central Lancashire and University of Chile and he is working on multiple projects with them.
