CBSE Board results 2024: Application for verification of class XII marks starts

 

Candidates will have to visit the official website and apply online at cbse.gov.in.

“Candidates applying for verification of marks will only be eligible to apply for obtaining photocopy of evaluated answer book. Candidates who have applied and obtained photocopy of answer book will only be eligible to apply for re-evaluation,” reads the board notice.

 

According to the CBSE, application and fee payment will all be conducted online. Should there be a change in scores, candidates will have to surrender their existing class XII marksheets 2024, for a fresh one to be issued. The fee payment for marks verification is Rs 500 per subject (June 17-21); it is Rs 700 per answer book for obtaining photocopy of evaluated answer books (June 1-2). The fee for revaluation per question (June 6-7) is Rs 100 per question. Only those students who applied for verification will be eligible for obtaining the photocopy of the evaluated answer books in CBSE class XII.  

 

The CBSE class XII results was announced on May 13. Out of the total 16,21,224 students who appeared in the board exam, around 14,26,420 candidates passed the exam. The overall pass percentage in 2024 stands at 87.98%. Total 1,22,170 candidates are placed in the compartment category.
