NEET MDS 2024 counselling registrations begin, details inside

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has commenced the online registration process for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Masters of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) 2024.

Candidates can start registering and filling in their choice of colleges and courses through the official MCC website - mcc.nic.in

According to the NEET MDS 2024 counselling schedule, there will be three rounds of counselling, followed by a final round of online-stray vacancy round in September.

The choice filling and fee payment deadline for round 1 is on July 7. To participate in counselling process, candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and have a valid rank card from NEET MDS 2024 along with other relevant documents and certificates.

Last month, MCC released the schedule of online counselling for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 50% AIQ and 100% Deemed universities, Central Universities (CUs) for the Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) course 2024.

The processing of seat allotment for the Round 1 will be done between July 8 and 9, 2024 and MCC will announce the result of the counselling Round 1 on July 10, 2024. Candidates must report to their allotted colleges between July 11 and July 17, 2024.

MCC will carry out a similar procedure for Round-2 and Round 3 of the counselling. Candidates can visit the official website of MCC and check the schedule provided in the notification.

MCC will also hold a stray vacancy round in September first week, candidates are requested to check the schedule below.

Steps to register

Step 1: Visit the MCC website and register for counselling. Pay the counselling fee online and proceed to fill out the application form.

Step 2: Select your preferred colleges and institutes in order of preference. Lock your choices after careful consideration.

Step 3: The official seat allotment list will be released based on candidate rank, choices, and seat availability.

Step 4: Download the allotment letter and visit the designated medical/dental college for document verification. Upon successful verification, proceed to pay the admission fees at the allotted college.
