DEAL DONE ✅ We have acquired Simply Gym from Bay Leisure Ltd. This sees us take ownership of four Simply Gym sites; one in Uxbridge, Greater London, and three in South Wales (Gorseinon, Llansamlet, and Cwmbran). It’s another positive step forward in bolstering our growth and helps us edge closer to the landmark of 100 gyms across the UK. Over the coming weeks, we will finalise our multi-million pound plans to transform the sites into JD Gyms. We extend a warm welcome to our new colleagues joining us from Simply Gym and are collectively excited for the developments that the coming weeks and months bring.
