Switch between your stored payment methods

When you have more than one payment method stored in your account, you can select the method you'd like to use to purchase a product.
To switch a payment method:
  1. Click the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.
  2. Click Settings & Privacy. The Account Preferences section is selected, by default.

  3. Scroll down to the Subscriptions & payments section and click Billing info.

  4. In the Billing info page, click Manage payment methods.

    Here's a tip

    Click Add a payment method to add new payment details.

  5. Click Change next to your product name for which you want to reassign new payment details.

    Important to know

    This option differs for our customers in India. To add a new payment method, you cannot click Add a payment method with a billing address in India due to RBI’s tokenization regulation. LinkedIn now requires customer’s consent to tokenize credit or debit cards to continue processing transactions. If you have an active subscription, click the  Edit icon associated with the saved payment method, enter your payment information, and then click Save.

  6. Select the payment method that you would like to move your product to.
  7. Click Move to this card.

Note: For posting a job service, you can click For Business at the top of your LinkedIn homepage, and then click Post a job. In the next page, click Manage Job Posts in the upper-right corner. On the right pane, under Billing information, click Payment method to go to the Manage payment methods page.

Notes:

  • You must complete this process to reassign a payment method to an active subscription.
  • USD currency is the only currency that we can bill to a United States billing address.
