One of the main reasons Arch Advisory Group joined forces with Avenica - it actually works! Many times our industry "sells" something (product, service, etc) that truly does not work, or that truly is not a fit for the problem at hand. I've been there, I totally understand. However, (for me) it has been extremely refreshing these last few months not only working with happy existing partners of Avenica, but also seeing new (hiring) partners learn > launch > implement > and scale our model. So if you're out there evaluating creative ways to solve hiring problems internally, let's chat. Did you know that in the past 24 months, Avenica has successfully launched over 300 customer-facing careers across 24 different clients? Interestingly, 94% of these career launches exhibited traits aligned with either "The Counselor Persona" or "The Operative Persona" within our HAALO assessment. Individuals with the Counselor Persona are typically adept at resolving conflicts, creatively solving problems, and quickly earning trust through effective communication. On the other hand, those with the Operative Persona possess a strategic mindset, are highly adaptable, and seek rewarding work both personally and professionally. Our data shows that these personas have a remarkable retention rate of over 92% six months after launch. This means that out of approximately 280 individuals with either the Counselor or Operative persona, about 260 are still thriving in their roles today. This success highlights the effectiveness of our model in identifying and placing the right talent in client-facing positions and speaks to the efficacy of our HAALO assessment.
