We’re delighted to partner with the Social Media and Journalism Department and its students at West Suffolk College, Bury St. Edmunds. Whether their interests lie in print, digital or video, we are always keen to connect with young people considering a career in media and play our part in making early-career opportunities in the industry accessible to young people from a wide range of backgrounds. Preparations for this year’s ‘speed-dating-style’ networking event are underway, run by our wonderful Mary D Bird. The event allows students to meet many Future colleagues across various departments and specialisms. Last year’s event was such a success and we’re confident this year’s will top it!

Our Horse & Hound team has been celebrating the magazine’s 140th birthday. 🎂 Horse & Hound Editor In Chief, Sarah Jenkins highlighted that, “the Horse & Hound team is proud to work for a publication that has been at the heart of the equestrian community and equestrian sport for 140 years.” The special anniversary issue looks at the lengths those behind the scenes have gone to, especially during WWII, to ensure Horse & Hound continued to publish. Only once since 1884 has the magazine failed to go to press.
