All exhibtors (space only, shell scheme, vehicle displays and start ups) are required to submit the follow to access the event hall on build for there exhibitor to take place.  
  • Risk Assessment  
  • Method Statement  
  • Public Liability Insurance of (5million minimum) GBP

Space only stands
 
In order to be granted permission to build, you or your stand contractor must submit your stand plans no later than Friday 9th August 2023 .

*All exhibitors are responsible for supplyong their own PPE (Hi-Vis jackets and safety shoes) and this must be worn during build up and breakdown.
