Celonis is an international company with over 3,000 Celonauts across 20 locations worldwide. Therefore, it is crucial to understand the various cultural nuances, working styles, and leadership approaches. For me—and for Celonis as a whole—a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamics is a key success factor. It’s no coincidence that one of our core values is "The best team wins." 🎙️ I’m also a big fan of podcasts. It is a great way for me to get inspired by personalities and their success stories, for example, in the Handelsblatt Disrupt or OMR Podcast. That is the only way you can develop a sustainable and effective solution and remain successful in the long run. Be problem solvers. Don’t start a venture for the sake of starting one.
