Work or face action, Devnani tells officials
Ajmer: State assembly speaker Vasudev Devnani on Tuesday rapped officials of PHED department and warned them to be ready for departmental action if they do not work for the common man.
He also asked officials of Ajmer Development Authority (ADA) to leave the meeting and come back when they complete the work on time.
Devnani asked the district administration to prepare 100-day work projects and complete them on time.

He told officials to make their contact and mobile phones numbers public on social media so that people can contact them directly.
“For the benefit of public, it is important that officials of all departments made their contact and mobile numbers public through media or social media so that common man can directly contact the official of any department,” said Devnani.
He was conducting meeting of officials of different departments in Ajmer.
Devnani also asked to make proposal to open commissionerate in Ajmer and open new police stations and police chowkis in the district.
He discussed with IG Ajmer Lata Manoj to improve policing in the division and asked to make a proposal to open a commissionerate in Ajmer.
